Introduction

STB Multimeter is a device which measures IPTV service and STB quality experienced by service subscribers in quantitative values. It automates STB operation and back-data extraction/analysis and provides significant reduction in operating costs compared to its competitors. The device enables automation of various tasks, including decision on superiority of STB performance, software problem verification and cause analysis, and monitoring of video/audio quality of IPTV services.
